Write better documentation #11

At a minimum, all public types and methods in audiodecoder, container, playback, and videodecoder should have documentation.

Also what exactly is a cluster? I am working on adding muxing to this library but I don't understand what a cluster represents.

Cluster means the same thing it does in Matroska: https://www.matroska.org/files/matroska.pdf
