Seems to only affect the board if the first strip width is changed. Notice things look fine in the first shot even with a couple XL pieces. BUT if the FIRST strip is XL (or anything non-Small), then things go wonky (this board does NOT have nutcovers, it's actually endcaps hah - so we're obviously seeing a pretty drastic off-by-math error :P)
