Create Horz/Vert selection page for each god board type #47

Hopefully we can use the "Board" widget here in an iframe that will render the horz or vertical template of the selected god board. Will need to explain what that means to user and make it simple.

Backlogged for now. I think we should focus on the "main 13" and go from there.
