use the version number in installer #7

should fix the issue with running on macOS-latest

hm, only works if not using latest.. another solution would be something like mv *.pkg PlaydateSDK.pkg

I'm agree with @ericlewis and absolutely sure we should rename any *.pkg from zip to PlaydateSDK.pkg. It because

I suppose this isn't actual and fixed already. Isn't it so?

I'm sure that's already fixed. There is working "latest" for example.

Please reopen if still actual.
