add collapsable installation instructions (saves people from searching google etc).

Thanks, but I don't think the readme should become a documentation on Sublime Text usage.

ok yes you're right we certainly don't want sublime documentaiton here!

(with that in mind i've made it collapsible so it's not massively inconveniencing those who know, but certainly massively helps those who don't.) rgds, Ben
