I use rbenv
Steps to reproduce:
1)gem install rubocop
2).config/sublime-text-3
git clone git@github.com:pderichs/sublime_rubocop.git "RuboCop"

"rbenv_path": "~/.rbenv/bin/rbenv",
}
4) Restart sublime
5) I have items Tools->RuboCop->
but this items are not active
RuboCop Check Single File
RuboCop Check Project
RuboCop Check File Folder
