Replace icons, change size #15

Salah, we need to replace the icons in hbb.xml (review screen) with the ones I'm sending you. They will replace mark1, 2, 3, 4, and the order will be:

crowning birth breathing bagging

Also, the size needs to be roughly double (from what we currently have). Please check that it stills fit in a 3" screen, with some space to spare at the bottom (for the form button). Feel free to increase the text size of the timers, and move their location so they match the icons. I'm sending you the icons via email
