I found that brlaser behave differently on printing from GTK-based apps, such as Firefox and Evince, and from KDE Frameworks based apps, such as Okular.
Example 2:
Attempt to print this file from Okular does not lead to any issues.
However, attempt to print it from Firefox or Evince lead to blinking red light, like in https://github.com/pdewacht/brlaser/issues/80
Printing to MFC-J2310 via IPP from Firefox or Evince does not lead to any issues.
Hello!
I found that brlaser behave differently on printing from GTK-based apps, such as Firefox and Evince, and from KDE Frameworks based apps, such as Okular.
Example 1: Attempt to reproduce issue https://github.com/pdewacht/brlaser/issues/80 in Okular lead to "No pages were found" error message. In Firefox and Evince issue is reproducible. Printing exactly same page from Firefox, Evince and Okular to other printer via IPP protocol (MFC-J2310 in my case) works fine.
Example 2: Attempt to print this file from Okular does not lead to any issues. However, attempt to print it from Firefox or Evince lead to blinking red light, like in https://github.com/pdewacht/brlaser/issues/80 Printing to MFC-J2310 via IPP from Firefox or Evince does not lead to any issues.
