Resources required in XObjectFormType1? #115

It is written here that the Resources field is required. Looking in the 32000-2:2020 iso specification, section 8.10.2, it says that the field is "Optional but strongly recommended".

Is this more strict interpretation on purpose? I suggest that the field shall become optional.

Please refer to https://pdf-issues.pdfa.org/32000-2-2020/clause08.html#Table93 as Arlington includes all industry-agreed resolved errata as/when they get resolved.

Oh, one really has to be updated. I do not think that requirement makes sense, but if that is what is decided, then we can add some dummy thing there if not applicable. Thanks for the quick reply, this can now be closed.

Thanks for reporting - that is just outdated as I haven't propagated the model...
