Table 329 of ISO 14739-1:2014 The Table containing the Enumeration of Schema Tokens has two entries with the value of 18. Also it seems to be missing some entries. I have many files that have tokens with the value of 39. Are there other tokens missing?

The table no longer contains repeated values. And schema values of 39 and 40 are described as:

Obsolete schema token that may exist in older files. The data field is of type index and should be ignored.
