Miscellaneous issues with ISO 21757-1:2020 ECMAscript

ISO 21757-1:2020 "Document management - ECMAScript for PDF - Part 1: Use of ISO 32000-2 (PDF 2.0)" has the following issues, compared to the Adobe-equivalent documents "JavaScript™ for Acrobat® API Reference" and "JavaScript™ for Acrobat® 3D Annotations API Reference":

documentation on ScreenAnnot functionality is completely missing from ISO 21757-1:2020 (10 occurrences of "ScreenAnnot" vs 45 in the Adobe API ref). Screen annotations are NOT deprecated in PDF 2.0.
bookmarks in ISO 21757-1 are all flattened (to H1) which makes the navigation of this long doc very painful
ISO 21757-1 Table 3 typos (cf. Adobe API reference):
- "activated" and "rec" both have spurious colons (:) in their property names. So does Table 4.
- subType is incorrectly capitalized (subtype)

Also from editorial perspective, the Chapter 11 & 12 organization is quite unsatisfactory... Chapter 12 is the real "ECMAScript 3D API" chapter. Chapter 11 Provided the contents that actually should live in section 12.1, 12.6.1, 12.14.1, 12.20.1, 12.24.1, 12.31.1, 12.33.1, 12.38.1 and 12.40.1.

I'd suggest merging chapter 11 contents into chapters 12, removing chapter 11 directly and then rename chapter 12 to "ECMAScript 3D API".
