Current home page must be the upload page #4

There is no need for a "home" page, the home page should be the page people upload the file

Resolved: When a user visits the website, the first thing he sees is the upload box. The 'home' button has been eliminated completely, and it is now a single button called 'evaluate a pdf' that users will see across all screens.
