i put three images in a doc with the following alt text:
the automatic alt text put in when importing clipart (the file path and name)
actual alt text typed in by myself
no alt text
the checker did what it should have - it noted there was 1 figure with no alt text
it had been discussed before about flagging alt text if if appeared to have a file name in it. Is there a way to flag the figure if it has a file name. ie, the checker finds instances of ".jpg, .gif, .wmf, etc. in the alt text. It might flag it with "Alt text appears to be a file name" or similar.
