HDMI - No Signal #3

Hey! Thanks for this repo, my Elitebook 840 G7 works almost flawlessly.

There's one more thing I couldn't figure out though, how do you make the HDMI port work? I've tried the framebuffer patches with no luck. Maybe you could point me in the right direction. Let me know if you need my config.plist or anything to solve the issue :)
