Principled Workflow #6

I need to carry out full principled workflow:

  1. Sample from prior (done)
  2. Fit prior samples
  3. Calibrate fits
  4. z score and shrinkage

Do I need to do full workflow for EVERY object?

In principle I should, as the model is changing. Probably won't take that long if I can get it to run on HPC
