Hey! Just sending me a picture unfortunately doesn't help me find out what's wrong.

Help me help you:

Does update.py output anything about skins not being loaded, anything about failed Mojang API calls?
Are your players registered Mojang players, and if so, could you give me at least one UUID of one of those players?

Thanks for the log. The issue is obviously these:

error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unabl e to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1076)

It is not a problem in MinecraftStats, it's some kind of configuration problem on your server, like one with Windows or Mac. I can't do anything about it, sorry. It was already reported before as #109 and closed, so apparently there is some kind of a solution. I'm closing this as a duplicate.
