[WIP] Add "stars badge" to the projects that are hosted in GitHub #59

The "stars badge" helps to identify popular pipeline projects. I will add the badge to the rest of the projects as well if this feature proposal will get accepted?

It's a nice idea, but it would made a nightmare to edit and maintain the list. Sorry but I rejecting the PR.
