Limitations / issues #75

  1. I can't stop the camera stream on web version of this library.
  2. the overlay isn't shown over the camera in web version
  3. There's no instructions for setup it on web I had to guess it from the example that I should add jsQR.js to make it work on web.
  4. I can't find the source code for these dependencies of this library: ai_barcode_platform_interface ai_barcode_web
