OPENHAB2 Out - reports successful but no command sent to openhab #49

OpenHABian stable & unstable - Openhab2 In reports status just fine but no commands sent via openhab2 out reach openhab2. There is no error reported by node red nor any log entry in openhab2.

Two different PI3B+ Two different power supplies Two different SD Cards OpenHABian install Raspian install then OpenHABian install.

All Configuration Fail I did see the previously reported audit errors as well.

What does your "openhab2 Montor" node send as result? See my issue #50

openhab2 monitor connects and reports out normally. no errors
