E2-US-4-Verify message for reserving #25

As a Parkee, I need the system sends to me a message to verify I reserve the spot so that I can use it when I confront any future problem Acceptance Criteria 1) Verify that when I reserve a spot, I will get a message. 2) Verify that the message should include all information.
