Renaming/postage stamps #3

Renaming is a technically unnecessary extra step that significantly increases disk space, somewhat increases execution time, and should be eliminated.

As a prelude to fixing this, renaming has been collated into smaller/saner loops. This should make the steps easier. (Say, to a downloads/initial sextractor on fpC files/postage stamps. Perhaps some of these should be combined?

A fix of sorts now exists (Tidal_Parameter_Mask forked from Raruku/Tidal_Parameter_Mask), though it probably needs additional testing/integration. The assumptions it makes aren't ideal for non-DR7/S82 data, but it does skip the renaming step!
