Almost critical bug in chnsPyramid.m, width and height mistake #26

Hi, We just noticed that in line 195 of file toolbox/channels/chnsPyramid.m : d0 should be d1, it seems a copy-paste mistake.

I can do a pull request, but I wanted to make an issue first. I'm almost sure that it should be d1.
