Refactor scaffold

Mixing angular and flask we should decide where things should go. Main directories:

• Flask app code (python)
• Flask static pages (html, css, img)
• Flask templates (html with python)
• Angular app code (javascript)
• Docker stuff (compose yml files)

Decided to go with a split.

The js part of this project will meet restangulask and leave there.

This repo will go back into "autoforms" and live there.
