Add 'ProduKey' #62

The license for ProduKey is very permissive, so I'm hoping this PR fares better than SpeedTest :)

This is a really cool scanner, but the decision was made that we would not like to proceed with this PowerShell Scanner due to security concerns. We appreciate your understanding and contributions.
