feat: add Homeautomation metrics via HTTP #273

This will start reading various Homeautomation metrics via the AHA homeautomation HTTP API from the FritzBox. Currently this only reads BatteryState (Level in %) and BatteryLow (1 = change battery, 0 = OK)
