This PR is simplifying the new architecture:
removed return vectors and substituted with self.vectors
removed arguments remove_stop_words and add_stop_words from initialization and added them to .run method
reduced number of arguments to two when initializing Vectorizer
removed useless commented out code
simplified **kwargs inherited by child class
added more tests (current 13)
