[ldd-geom] More CS types needed for coordinate_space_frame_type #169

We need two more valids for geom:coordinate_space_frame_type

TURRET_FRAME Turret_Frame

Definition for both is the same: Frame based on a turret mechanism

Very very short fuse here, we need this in this week to validate m20. Apologies for the lateness of the request... as we've discussed before, this list simply gets expanded whenever we find new values in the data.

@edguinness @mit3ch This was addressed in Mitch's branch: https://github.com/pds-data-dictionaries/ldd-geom/tree/dev-mkg-002 And it should be ready to close. With updates from #176, LDD is happily building test versions for 1.9.3.0 in build/dev...
