In the migration of some NEAR PDS3 labels, the PDS3 keywords that most closely match the attributes pixel_latitude and pixel_longitude in the Surface_Geometry_Specific class have the value of N/A in some of the PDS3 labels.
Describe the solution you'd like
In order to make all the the migrated PDS4 labels consistent, the pixel_latitude and pixel_longitude attributes need to be made nillable.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Suppressing the Surface_Geometry_Specific Class in the label template is possible, but is complicated. It would be simpler to make the attributes nillable.
