Issue Type Enhancement

Describe the issue identified (if applicable) The use of the term "bands" with respect to the color axis, as well as some explanation of how "R,G,B" might be applied in cases where there are more than three bands, would be helpful to non-specialist who are designing labels using the Display namespace.

Describe the solution you'd like Update the text definitions of Color_Display_Settings and its attributes to provide the minimal explanation of what a "band" is and using "RGB" designations in the general case.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.
