Describe the issue identified (if applicable) The user's guide in the main branch is incomplete.

Describe the solution you'd like Address the comments that the DMSP team provided.

LDD Dictionary Version 1.9.6.0

PDS4 IM Version 1.18.0.0

Need-by Date May 20, 2022 to be included in the next IM build, if practical.

Additional context DMSP workshop follow-up. The DMSP team will review the updated version of the user's guide.
