Describe the issue identified (if applicable) Need a Schematron rule to control the use of the optional attribute ion_type in the Particle_Parameter class.

Describe the solution you'd like Need a rule:

When Particle_Parameter/particle_type is not "Ions", Particle_Parameter/ion_type must not be present.

PDS4 IM Version 1.18.0.0

Need-by Date May 20th to be included in the next build
