[ldd-cart] Provide more information about projections #218

Describe the issue identified The projection class definitions (Mercator, Orthographic, etc.) would benefit from additional information/details to aid the user, rather than relying on an external reference.

Describe the solution you'd like Expand the definitions with a brief sentence or two about each projection. @sarabond has some suggestions based on examining the references. PDS4 IM Version 1.18.0.0

Need-by Date May 20, 2022 to be included in the next IM build.

I've attached a txt file with the suggested revised projection class definitions, which may be easier to work from if you want to copy/paste the new definitions in the namespace.
