The definition for the Particle_Parameter class is pretty much circular.
Describe the solution you'd like
Perhaps change it to something like:
“The Particle_Parameter class identifies the type of particle being observed and how it is measured.”
Perhaps the definition can also mention if/when ion_type is to be used (currently it alludes to particle type and measurement type, but not ion type).
