Describe the issue identified (if applicable)
The XSD at https://pds.nasa.gov/pds4/msss_cam_mh/v1/PDS4_MSSS_CAM_MH_1L00_1030.xsd includes the following line:
<xs:import namespace="http://pds.nasa.gov/pds4/img/v1" schemaLocation="https://pds.nasa.gov/pds4/img/v1/PDS4_IMG_1L00_1880.xsd"/>
However, attempting to navigate to that schemaLocation gives a "Not Found" error.
Describe the solution you'd like
The IMG schemaLocation should resolve to a working URL. It's possible that this is merely a typo, wherein the final 8 should be a 9, as
https://pds.nasa.gov/pds4/img/v1/PDS4_IMG_1L00_1890.xsd
is the current IMG XSD URL.

I have no need for a fix (nor for this LDD) in the foreseeable feature. The error was detected during automatic processing but the LDD can be excluded without effect.
