Under Telemetry class:

Attribute: data_storage_time, ASCII_Date_Time_YMDUTC or ASCII​Short​String​Collapsed, card 0:1, units of time Time at which the data was stored into onboard memory.

PDS4 IM Version 1.M.0.0 / 1.22.0.0

Need-by Date next release if possible
