Lenovo tb-7104f #2

Lenovo is known brand but my device is not So i have to do everything myself I also builded 4 recoveries myself Now i wanna build a rom What i have is only kernel tree I need to build vendor tree for my device but i dont know what to pull or what to use idk nothing about properties can u please help me

Hello, usually the best approach is to start with a a device with similar hardware to yours and modify it. Does LineageOS support a device with similar hardware to the tb-7104f? If it does, I would start there. You can look at the proprietary-files.txt for the similar device to see what you'll need to pull out to create your vendor tree.

If there isn't a similar device out there then you have a lot of research and investigation work to do to figure out which vendor files you need. The safest thing is to probably just extract all the vendor files from a running device with the stock build.

Thanks for ur reply Point 1 is not satisfied no any similar device 😐 But as u said pulling out all files from device root directory i can easily do that but still idk which things to removeand which to let there like idk If u can help me in what we need i will be very thankful

I wish I had a better answer, but it really is trial and error and relying on past experience to figure out which files are important if you don't have a similar device available.
