Thanks for your great work on Dockerizing Alfresco!

I came across Phusion's base image and like their philosophy: correctness and minimalism. I also dislike running Alfresco as root, so I changed that too. Finally, I upgraded to the latest release.

I hope you'll find that these changes make sense too, but if you have any comments or questions, please let me know. :-)
