Documented hostname parameter #149

Mentioning the hostname is key for making the controller work under a reverse proxy, without it you will not be able to use it as it will redirect the browser to the IP address.

This parameter is only needed by people doing reverse proxy, can you create a reverse proxy section in the wiki instead and document it there?
