Couldn't fetch ffmpeg latest version #1

ffmpeg location on repo.jellyfin.org/releases/server/debian has moved, and fetch doesn't work anymore (release tag issue) https://github.com/pdulvp/jellyfin-qnap-intel/commit/ff9bc7fa93475775136bd54b4542a7f7eb11febf
