Jellyfin 10.8.13 #64

As development of Jellyfin is progressing, version 10.8.13 was released last week. This bugfix release contains two GHSA security fixes, as stated in the Release Notes. Please do your magik and turn it into a .qpkg.

Also, I wanted to kindly ask you to put it in one of your projects the Qnap Store repository on https://pdulvp.fr/qnap-store.html & https://github.com/pdulvp/qnap-store so we can update it through the repo.
