File names with '+' character are rejected by W3 Spaces as "illegal" #7

The https://sumkittehz.codes/ website is hosted at https://www.w3spaces.com/ -- this means that file uploads to the site are through w3spaces control-panel interface(s) served through HTTPS as "web pages" or "web apps".

We noticed recently when attempting tranfer (rsync) the site files directly from the parent site on the Raspberry Pi on our local area network (LAN) to the public site hosted at w3spaces as our public-facing domain name: sumkittehz.codes, that W3Spaces was flagging transfers of files that used plus-sign characers ('+') e.g. to connect workds as "illegal filenames" - and in the same vein was also refusing to allow uploads of files with fillename extension .pl - so now we know what makes w3spaces truly afraid....

Note that GitHub, on the other hand, has no such squeamishness for any of it's hosting services. It's ALL text, bubba's, it's ALL TEXT.
