Create Layout Components #16

create/ verify layout component by lead spacing, hole or pad, component height, general size for:

related to #18 blocks #17

OLED, toggle switch, pot and leds are just going to be standard spaced pads that we will solder wires to

the little fan will have a layout component that is two standard spaced holes to solder in male header pins

the diodes are going to have a total spacing width of 5 header pins and will be 2 holes (one for each lead) essentially it will look like this O---O, where the dashes are a header pin holes width but are not actually there

for the mosfet it will be 3 standard holes in a line, like this OOO

the layout component for the nano will be just places to solder in 2 rows of 1x15 female header pins, the layout component in the library is 90% done just need to correct the spacing between the two ranks

i believe the voltage regulator and the IC are both correct

the three terminal has a spacing of 5 pins laid out like this O-O-O, needs holes
