In pages other than Get Involved, the footer is not at the bottom of the page, leaving some white space at the bottom. I noticed that some of them don't have the </section> tag. And in some others the footer is contained in <section> unlike the header.
There are still 2 pages I can't think of a fix for: the error page and Projects Index. I suspect it's because the background image is too long.
Update: for these 2 files, under normal viewing circumstances the footer doesn't show at the bottom. But when I turn my laptop screen vertical or when I open Chrome DevTools (shortcut F12) it does.
