Allow multiple instructors on workshops #24

Some workshops are actually being taught by more than one person, so it would be nice if we could show them in the same way as we show the other instructors.

I'm thinking of adding field(s) to the workshop form that allows the author to enter other usernames, and then pull the name for them and display it like we do the current main instructor.
