admin author name changed or attributed to another author #31

Since we now have author pages and links, we'll want to update the name for the admin profile since posts by the admin user show up as such. Doesn't look so awesome. They can also be attributed to someone else's profile.

I just changed the public display name for admin to FOSS4G. Can be changed in the user settings on the WP Admin side.
