hCAPTCHA is not visible

I'm having trouble with the hCAPTCHA plugin on my Joomla 4 site. I followed the instructions to install and enable the plugin, and I entered the required data in the plugin settings. I also chose hCAPTCHA as the default captcha option. However, when I try to log in to the front end of my site www. korisnici.muh.hr, I don't see the hCAPTCHA widget. How can I fix this issue? Does Joomla's login form support Captcha's? This hCaptcha plugin only works in places where Joomla supports Captcha's

Joomla's contact form supports Captcha plugins like this hCaptcha plugin. Could you test if hCaptcha works there on your site?

Could you check the following:

Installation hCaptcha

Did you install hcaptcha-j4-1.4.2.zip (j4 version 1.4.2)?

Configuration hCaptcha

Did you copy the Site + Secret Key from hCatpcha to a plain text file (that does not have formatting) and copied it from there to the right fields in the hCaptcha plugin parameters:

• Site Key: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx (The key with the dashes)
• Secret key: 0xA000A0000A00A0AAAAaAA0aA000000000AA00000 (the longer key without the dashes)
• Status: Enabled

Global Configuration:

Did you configure the hCaptcha as site default? System > Global Configuration > Default Captcha: hCaptcha

Contact form

Could you test the hCaptcha with the Contact Form?

Cache

Does your Joomla website uses cache?

• Check in Global Configuration the Cache settings
• Check in Plugins the state of the Page Cache plugin Does your server uses cache?
• Check if your server uses Server Cache (like Varnish etc)
