Hi,

On this website (https://www.kreado.nl/contact) I installed hcaptcha and it can never be resolved. I tried more then ten times but I always get a message: Please complete the captcha correctly. I am using Flexicontact as contact form which in the setting is using the Joomla captcha. The default (and only) captcha in global configuration is hcaptcha. The captcha is showing, but it's not getting through no matter what. I set the setting of hcaptcha online to easy so you get the checkmark. but still get the Please complete the captcha message.

Can you help me figure out what is causing this? Kind regards, Gert

Hi @DIsigner-me I've just tested the hCaptcha on your form, and it seems to work ok. However, when I click submit, the pages seems to refresh but nothing seems to happen.

Which Joomla version do you use? Are you using any cache? Can you try the Joomla default contact form with hCaptcha to test if that works ok?

Hi, thank you for the quick reply. I am using Joomla 5.1 I'll check the cache settings, one moment

Caching is switched off now,. still the same result.

At the bottom still the sentence: Please complete the captcha correctly, centered under the Send button.

Just added https://www.kreado.nl/contact-test and that works! So, the problem is with flexicontact / cache or whatever. I will try and use the standard contact form for now. Thanks for the suggestion!

You're welcome! Actually, my suggestion to use the Joomla default contact was just to event check if the problem was with Flexicontact or with the hCaptcha plugin. Should you need additional functionality from Flexicontent, it might be best to contact its developer. Or indeed use Joomla's default contact form
