Problems with smrpg_upgrade_speed #330

Problems with smrpg_upgrade_speed that does not start says DHooks is not enabled. Everything works for Linux, but does not want to work for Windows. In fact, it goes like this:

What's the output of sm exts list in the server console? This seems to be a problem with your server setup rather than the plugin itself, so a thread in the forums would be appropriate.
