I changed armorregen, armor+ and regen to accept float values. Also added two new upgrades "Conversion" and "Turtle".

Thanks for this! It's hard to review and merge with so many changes at once. Could you isolate each change and create separate small pull requests instead please? That'll make it easier to discuss each change.
