Add an active/inactive project button to our options #13

We’d like to add a feature where you can see on the home screen which projects are active and which projects are inactive by a quick glance at the map. Our idea is to have the active projects in a bold, bright color and the inactive projects faded so you can still see that they’re there but they don’t grab your attention right away.

For example, this is no longer an active project. Could we make its dot on the home screen faded?
